Shipping cost calculation is based on the following charging rules:
1. Charging Weight Rule
Charging weight refers to the total weight of the parcel, including the goods themselves, packaging materials and necessary auxiliary items (such as ice bags, foam boxes, etc.).
2. Volumetric Weight Calculation Method
The charging weight of a shipment shall take the higher value between the volumetric weight and the actual weight. For combined consignments (master & sub parcels), the total shipping cost shall be calculated by summing up the charging weight of each piece. The volumetric weight is calculated as follows:
【Consolidation Express】
For most routes within Mainland China: Volumetric Weight = Length(cm) × Width(cm) × Height(cm) ÷ 6000;
For intra-provincial and cross routes of Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning and Inner Mongolia: Volumetric Weight = Length(cm) × Width(cm) × Height(cm) ÷ 12000.
【Consolidation Standard Express】
For most routes within Mainland China: If the actual weight is under 30kg, Volumetric Weight = Length(cm) × Width(cm) × Height(cm) ÷ 12000. (For some discounted Consolidation Standard Express products, Volumetric Weight = Length(cm) × Width(cm) × Height(cm) ÷ 6000; the volumetric charging rule may vary, subject to the actual displayed quotation). If the actual weight is 30kg and above, Volumetric Weight = Length(cm) × Width(cm) × Height(cm) ÷ 6000.
For shipments between Qamdo (Xizang) and other areas of Mainland China: Volumetric Weight = Length(cm) × Width(cm) × Height(cm) ÷ 6000.

【Cold Chain Oversized Cargo】 Volumetric Weight = Length(cm) × Width(cm) × Height(cm) ÷ 3000;

【International Express Service】 Volumetric Weight = Length(cm) × Width(cm) × Height(cm) ÷ 5000;
【Consolidation Half-Day Delivery】 Volumetric Weight = Length(cm) × Width(cm) × Height(cm) ÷ 6000;
